Payment Methods:
The payment methods that we accept are Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

Gift Orders:
If your order is a gift, you may select the Gift Order option at checkout in order to have prices removed from the packing slip, and to include a free gift message on the packing slip.

Shipping and Handling:
If you have multiple items in your order, some items may be shipped in separate packages/ shipments.

We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays. Orders are typically shipped out within one business day. Orders shipping within the continental US typically arrive within 5 business days. For an additional fee, orders being shipped within the continental US, excluding orders being shipped to PO Boxes, may be shipped 2-Day delivery or Overnight delivery. Shipping and Handling fees are based on your order total, the shipping method that you choose, and, for orders shipped outside of the continental U.S., your shipping address. Shipping and handling fees will be calculated for your order during checkout.

Tax:
Applicable state sales tax will be charged on all U.S. orders being shipped to addresses within Florida. For orders being shipped outside of the United States applicable taxes and duties will be charged. Any additional taxes and fees that may be charged by customs after your order is processed are your responsibility. All tax collected by us will be calculated for your order during checkout.

Backorder Status:
If an item is listed as being on backorder, this means that the item is currently sold out, and that we have not yet restocked the item. You may still purchase the item, and the item will be shipped to you as soon as we have received it. If you would like to be notified by email when a particular item is back in stock, you may email this request to our Customer Service Department at customerservice@savagekas.com. When emailing, please provide the email address where you would like us to contact you, and the item description, size and color you wish to be notified about.

Return Policy:
We will gladly accept returns within 30 days of your order of products in original, unworn, unwashed condition, or defective products or incorrect product shipped. All return shipments must be postmarked within 30 days of the date your order was placed. We will be happy to ship you a replacement item, or to provide a refund. All refunds, additional fees for more expensive replacement items, and Shipping and Handling fees on replacement items, will be made to the credit card used to make the original purchase. Please note that all Shipping and Handling fees are your responsibility unless the product(s) you are returning is defective, or you were shipped an incorrect item. Gift wrapping fees are non-refundable. For defective or incorrect items please contact Customer Service at customerservice@savagekas.com before shipping for instructions.

For your protection, returned items must be shipped back to us via insured and traceable method. Please include a copy of your original invoice, and instructions on whether you would like a replacement item or refund. Returns should be shipped to:
